“I booked a room for my mom who came from out of state for a six day stay. The location was great. The property was clean quiet and safe. This will definitely be her go to spot to stay at when she’s in town.”

“I got so disappointed when I got inside the room it didn’t smell clean, the bathroom wasn’t that clean specially the tub, and the sink faucet. The beds aren’t too comfortable either, pillows for sure need to be replaced they are very flat and dated. I felt like I paid for the stay at a motel with the price of a hotel. Prices are very competitive around and not cheap to stay. Location was the only good thing so 1/10”

“When I walked into our Best Western room in San Juan Capistrano, I was blown away by how modern and clean the room was. Exceptional room for sure! The room was spacious and very clean. The entire property is well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was legit, including a waffle station. About 10 minutes from the Los Rios Historic District, which was a real treat to visit, and only minutes away from other eateries. We accidentally left behind some new purchases from our trip. “Love the free parking and breakfast wasn't too bad.location is amazingly convenient But the room is not as advertised.It's old, it needs a complete remodeled.It smell like Dracula's coffin, it was moldy Dark dank and dated lumpy bed, and it wasn't just our room.Because we had multiple rooms at this location with other family members So disappointed”
